This research aim to know about the role of United Nation Children’s Emergency Fund (UNICEF) as an International Organization to help children problem in Papua, one of the problem about education quality. This research is a descriptive research that explain how UNICEF increase eduacation quality for children in Papua. The method of this research is libraries, books, journals, articles, print media, electronic mediaand website. Result of this study is showed that UNICEF do cooperation with some nongovermental organization to increase education quality in Papua. They build many school building in many villages and bring many teachers to teach in their school.
