      Abstract
      This research describe about Russia's policy towards the rebel group Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS). There are three important points which will explained. First, the history about emergence of ISIS. Second, it focuses on ISIS’s efforts to realize it interest with the result that threatens international security. Third, this article analyses the efforts and policy of Russia towards exsistence of ISIS. It is important to consider topic because ISIS has become a threat to international security.
