      Abstract
The environment becomes one of the new issues in International Relations. Environmental degradation can pose a threat to human life. One example is the problem of the Jordan River water source in the Middle East. The Jordan River has been subjected to overexploitation which resulted in pollution of river water affecting the life of the people of the Jordan River. The Jordan River flows through three state entities, Israel, the West Bank and Jordan. Lack of governance management and regional co-operation among the regional states of the River Jordan which can then lead to conflict. Each country has a national interest in the utilization of Jordan's water resources. The emergence of various international arrangements has not been able to bring a positive impact, even to its peak is the outbreak of the "Six Day War". EcoPeace Middle East comes as a nongovernmental organization that promotes peaceful co-operation between the three countries. Regional cooperation offered by EcoPeace Middle East is a new resolution beyond the failure of international settings. The development projects in the Jordan Valley are packed in a "Good Water Neighbors" cross-border environmental arrangement where each of the Jordan River country of Israel, the West Bank and Jordan is directly involved in the peace building project.
