Republic of Indonesia (RI) is a country that since its independence has been actively promoting world peace. It is in compliance with the 1945 constitution of Indonesia. Before Joko Widodo officially take the position as president, he has actively promote support for the world peace. One of them is the support for independence and sovereignty of Palestine. In 2014, Joko Widodo officially inaugurated as the president of Republic of Indonesia. But, in the same year, when Indonesia is in euphoria after the inauguration of the President, Palestine underwent a conflict. This conflict continuously causes victims especially children. In 2014, children that become the target of military force of Israel such as arrest, violence and shootings due to the conflict is arising. It makes President Joko Widodo in the beginning of his governance perform various effort to be able to help Palestine in overcoming the problems of Protection and welfare of the children. In this thesis, the writer uses secondary data gained from various sources, such as print media as well as internet related to the reearch such as books, journals, articles, newspaper and reports. Data analysis method used is qualitative data analysis method
