| dc.description | Information Technology Department has a vision to become information
technology developer both nationally and internationally. In order to achieve the
vision, Information Technology Department cooperates with NIIT. One of the forms
of cooperation is procurement of books. In the inventory process of NIIT books,
the computer program used was Microsoft Excel. The program is prone to human
error and the process of making report and PO form is not automatic therefore the
time spent is not effective. The problem could be made less by making an
application. The desktop application made used C# programming and SQLite
database. Based on the examination, it was concluded that the application made
has reached the objective of the research and it also ran well. It was proven from
the facts that the functions in the application have worked well. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Prodi TI-UMY mempunyai visi untuk menjadi pengembang teknologi
informasi pada tingkat nasional maupun internasional. Untuk mewujudkan visi
tersebut prodi TI-UMY bekerjasama dengan NIIT, salah satu bentuk kerjasamanya
adalah pengadaan buku. Maka prodi TI-UMY harus melakukan inventarisasi pada
buku NIIT. Pada proses inventarisasi buku NIIT, prodi TI-UMY masih
menggunakan Microsoft Excel. Penggunaan Microsoft Excel sangat rentan akan
terjadinya human error dan pembuatan report serta form PO yang tidak otomatis
membuat waktu yang digunakan tidak efektif. Masalah tersebut dapat dikurangi
dengan membuat sebuah aplikasi. Aplikasi dekstop yang dibuat menggunakan
bahasa pemograman C# dan database SQLite. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, dapat
disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi yang dibuat telah memenuhi tujuan dari penelitian serta
aplikasi telah dapat berjalan dengan baik terbukti dari fungsi-fungsi yang telah
