Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is a major health problem of infectious disease in Indonesia. Yogyakarta, especially Depok district ,Caturtunggal subdistrict in 2010 there were 88 cases of dengue fever, in 2011 there were 21 cases, in 2012 as many as 10 cases and in 2013 as many as 82 cases. In the four years of data, Caturtunggal subdistrict especially Sagan village had the highest dengue cases in Yogyakarta. It is need an effort to do health promotion to improve the behavior that consists of knowledge, attitudes and actions of the community to prevent dengue hemorhagic fever using the 4M Plus methods.
