| dc.description.abstract | Enforcement INA-CBG's financing participants JKN hypertensive inpatients in all hospitals in Indonesia requires the hospital to control the quality and cost of care efficiently. The aims of this study are to determine the average real cost of hypertension inpatient in PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital Yogyakarta and the difference in rates INA-CBG's based on Permenkes No. 69/2013. The study was conducted observational with cross sectional design. Data were collected retrospectively on the subject is hypertensive inpatients JKN participants who meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria were enrolled from January to December 2014. The research data is direct medical costs were analyzed for compliance with the INA-CBG's rates. Data was analyzed using statistical t-test. Average real cost for the first class with the code I-4-17-II is Rp 2,348,196.54 + 742,940.54, code I-4-17-II is Rp 3.299.806,7 + 756,154.61, and code I-4-17-III is Rp 1,357,442, 86 + 427,177.05. The second class code I-4-17-I is Rp 1,357,442, 86 + 427,177.05; code I-4-17-II (one patient) is Rp 4,763,300.00. The third class with the code I-4-17-I is Rp 1,201,650.76 + 394,527.55, code I-4-17-II (two patients) are Rp 1,489,500.00 and Rp 2,456,600.00, code I-4-17-III (one patient) is Rp 3,079,200.00. The total cost for hypertensive inpatients in PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital Yogyakarta for all code diagnoses January-December 2014 differed significantly with the cost set by the government in BPJS Health, which is the average real cost of therapy of hypertension in all therapeutic classes cheaper. PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital Yogyakarta has been able to manage INA-CBG's hypertension inpatient rates. | en_US |
