The reseach findings showed that the behavior of organic rice farmers toward the risk production and the risk price mostly (70%) as the Risk Avers either those with high entrepreneurship characteristics or the low ones. The percentage of organic rice farmers as the risk takers and also as high entrepreneurship characteristics was higher than those with the low ones. According to several previous studies, most famers were the risk avers, however, by developing the entrepreneurship characteristics supported, the government policy through training as well as intensive and sustainable assistance starting from cultivation, post-harvest to marketing the organic rice expected to change the farmers behavior to be bolder in taking the risks, thus, the production can be improved to be as the expected price.
