PENGARUH PERSEPSI KEADILAN BAGI HASIL TERHADAP KEPUASAN DAN LOYALITAS NASABAH BANK SYARIAH
Abstract
This study examined the effect of profit sharing justice of Islamic banks on the customer satisfaction of Islamic banks. In addition, also tested the influence of profit sharing justice of Islamic banks on customer loyality of Islamic banks. The research was conducted by cross-sectional basis. Analysis of the research conducted on 173 respondents. Respondents are people who live not far from the office of Islamic banks. Analytical tool in this study using SEM. The results of the data analysis shows that profit sharing justice of Islamic banks affect positively significant on the customer satisfaction. The customer satisfaction affect positively significant on the customer loyality. Meanwhile, the profit sharing justice of Islamic banks did not affect the customer loyality of Islamic banks.
