KEPENTINGAN ORGANISATION INTERNATIONALE DE LA FRANCOPHONIE (OIF) DALAM RESOLUSI KONFLIK AGAMA DI REPUBLIK AFRIKA TENGAH TAHUN 2016
Abstract
This research aims to delineated the interest of Organisation Internationale de la Francophonie (OIF) as an International Governmental Organization (IGO) by its roles and principals as a linguistic organization that also enhancing the value of peace, human rights and democracy based on the Declaration of Bamako and Declaration of Saint-Boniface towards one of its official member state : Central African Republic (CAR). The religion conflict between the militas of Anti-Balaka (Christian military group) and Séléka (Moslem military group) has urged its condition of humanity value. Both of these sides committed rebels group to against the government position. Since the conflict started to have an escalation, OIF suspended its membership by its contradiction praticing the Francophonie’s principal. The other organization like United Nations, African Union, European Union and also state of France took its role to help the reconciliation and created a political stabilization. The OIF is welcoming back the CAR to its membership by appealing the CAR’s suspension and conducted the Declaration of Antananarivo in Madagascar in 2016 that resulting a resolution in crisis and peace consolidation focusing on CAR.
