Abstract
This purpose of this research are to do social-economics street vendors (PKL) mapping, entrepreneurship empowering, increasing the competitiveness of culinary products, encouraging policy and also building street vendors character in the five city (Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang, Yogyakarta and Surabaya)
