the research aimed to analyze the influence of motivation, stress, and partners of auditor's accupation. The respondent from this research are auditors that working at public accountant firm in DKI Jakarta. The retrieval of sample has been using judgement sampling method. The data that used by this research is primary data, it was callected by questionnaires.
