Convertion of agriculture land use to non agriculture has close link with the life of peasant, as the majority of farmers used land as source of livelihood activities. Since, the land use changed, the peasant actually faced the dilemma that elicits a certain response. This study aims to describe the response of farmers, seen fromm attitudes and behavior; and to analyze the relationship between the profile of peasant with theirs attitude towords land conversion. The research was conducted in Tamantirto, Kasihan, Bantul, taking 60 peasant asa respondent that were selested proportional randomized.
