| dc.description | Latar Belakang: Kesehatan reproduksi pada perempuan perlu mendapatkan perhatian lebih karena begitu kompleksnya alat reproduksi perempuan. Kesehatan reproduksi akan terbentuk jika seseorang berperilaku sehat, salah satunya adalah perilaku perineal hygiene. Remaja merupakan masa dimana sistem reproduksi mulai berkembang dan rentan terhadap masalah-masalahan organ reproduksi. Sehingga pada usia remaja, harus mendapatkan informasi terkait kesehatan reproduksi remaja untuk menunjang perilaku perineal hygiene-nya.
Tujuan Penelitian: Untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi dengan perilaku perineal hygiene pada remaja putri di SMF Yogyakarta.
Metode:Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian deskriptif korelasional non eksperimen yang menunjukkan hubungan antara pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi dengan perilaku perineal hygiene. Rancangan peneliti dengan pendekatan cross sectional dengan uji statistic Spearman Rank. Sample penelitian 144 mahasiswa menggunakan istrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner.
Hasil: Uji statistik menggunakan Spearman Rank didapatkan nilai p value sebesar 0,000 (p<0,05) yang artinya terdapat hubungan antara kedua variabel. Selain itu, nilai kekuatan korelasi (r) sebesar 0,380 menunjukkan bahwa korelasi antar variabel rendah, sedangkan arah korelasinya adalah positif (+).
Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi dengan perilaku perineal hygiene pada remaja putri di SMF Yogyakarta. Arah korelasinya adalah positif (+) yang menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi nilai pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi maka semakin tinggi pula nilai perilaku perineal hygiene-nya, atau sebaliknya. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Background: Women's reproduction health needs to get more attention because of the complexity of the female reproductive organs. Reproduction health will be formed if someone is healthy, one of them is behavior of perineal hygiene. Adolescence is a period in which the reproduction system begins to develop and susceptible to reproduction organ problems. That in adolescents, should get information related to adolescent reproduction health to support the behavior of her perineal hygiene.
Objective: To determine the correlation between knowledge of reproduction health with behavior of perineal hygiene in adolescent in SMF Yogyakarta.
Methods: The type of research used non-experimental correlational descriptive research which show the correlation between the knowledge of reproduction health with the behavior of perineal hygiene. The research design with cross sectional approach with Spearman Rank statistical test. Sample of research 144 students and instruments used are questionnaires.
Result: Spearman Rank statistical test obtained p value of 0.000 (p <0.05) which means there is a correlation between the two variables. In addition, the correlation strength value (r) of 0.380 indicates that the correlation between variables is low, while the correlation direction is positive (+).
Conclusion: There is correlation between physical fitness level and heart ratethe student of nursing science at the university Muhammadiyah Of Yogyakarta last semester. The correlation direction is positive (+) which indicates that the higher the variable of knowledge of reproduction health, the higher too the variable of the behavior of hygiene perineal, or vice versa. | en_US |
