| dc.description | SD Negeri 06 Koto Salak is one of the government institutions that
organizes educational programs related to science. At this time the storage of
academic data is still done manually, namely by hand writing into a paper
document. Students' academic data are not all there, due to the loss of paper
documents, and the destruction of paper documents. In addition, the search for
academic data of students at this time is quite time consuming, for example, when
the principal requires student academic data, administrative officers should open
the page per page paper documents to find the student's academic data. In this
thesis is designed a desktop-based primary school academic information system
software that can be used to store, delete, change, search, and print academic data
students. Based on the test results can be concluded that the system can display and
print output in the form of student academic data report, and can store student
academic data into the form of document word document (.docx). | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | SD Negeri 06 Koto Salak merupakan salah satu instansi pemerintah yang
menyelenggarakan program pendidikan yang berhubungan dengan ilmu
pengetahuan. Pada saat ini penyimpanan data akademik masih dilakukan secara
manual, yaitu dengan cara tulis tangan kedalam suatu kertas dokumen. Data-data
akademik siswa yang terdahulu pun sudah tidak semuanya ada, dikarenakan
hilangnya kertas dokumen, dan rusaknya kertas dokumen tersebut. Selain itu,
pencarian data akademik siswa pada saat ini tergolong memakan banyak waktu,
misalnya saja pada saat kepala sekolah memerlukan data akademik siswa, petugas
tata usaha harus membuka halaman per halaman kertas dokumen untuk mencari
data akademik siswa tersebut. Dalam skripsi ini dirancang sebuah perangkat lunak
sistem informasi akademik sekolah dasar berbasis desktop yang dapat digunakan
untuk menyimpan, menghapus, mengubah, mencari, dan mencetak data akademik
siswa. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem dapat
menampilkan dan mencetak output berupa laporan data akademik siswa, dan dapat
menyimpan data akademik siswa ke dalam bentuk file dokumen word (.docx) | en_US |
