local Legislative council is regional representative body which have an important task to realize the rights and interests of the local community. Disabled people are also citizens who have same right as ordinary people. For this reason, the rights and interests of disabled people should be respected. The Demands,which is still done by disabled people in Bantul , show that the policy made by local legislative in Bantul still not appropriate with the interests of disabled people in Bantul. This study aims to design a synergy between the Local legislative Council in Bantul with disabled people to realize pro minority policy in Bantul. The research's method used qualitative approach. To collect primary data used intenriews, focus group discussions and supported by secondary data. The results show that it needs standardization of policies that fit with the interests of disabled people in Bantul. The concept of synerg/ could be offered as alternative solutions. Local Legislative council in Bantu1 can not work alone, They require a synergy \Mith other parties, especially the government and the private sector Bantul.
