This research is a policy analysis. This research ains to find to mind out the formulation background in formulating the service policy in muhammadiyah Tarjih relegious scholars education (PUTM) Yogyakarta and to analyze the obstacles and barries faced by PTUM in implekenting the policy as well as the assessment and evaluation results toward the service policy in PUTM.
