      Abstract
      The woman in a family, it is the most dominant role, not only in the care of family activities within the household and social, but also help the family economy. Particularly in the village of Gunung Kidul Regency Semin is a small industry that provides opportunities for workers, especially women. Of women farmers in the small industrial processing of various food agricultural products is creating jobs for the women who need jobs, and have the skills in the processing of a wide range of food crops to be used as the creation of a variety of different preparations, in order to lift the local products of the region especially Gunungkidul. This study aimed to analyze the influence of age, education level, long working hours, and the amount of production of the female labor income by using the data 70 samples. The results of the Table 5.1 shows that the role of women workers in the processing of small industry is the harvesting, processing, packaging, and marketing. The percentage contribution of women workers to total family income relatively small in the amount of 30%. Factors affecting the amount of labor income is the level of education, long working hours, and the amount of production.
