This undergraduate thesis raised the topic of individual thought of Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohamad about war crimes idea. This udergraduate thesis explain how Mahathir Mohamad making serious effort to crime war. Today the world still allow war between countries, International Humanitarian Law doesn’t forbid the war, International Humanitarian Law just rule how are countries do its war. The wars are touching the humanity, economic, and politic. The tecnology advances doesn’t secure security of teritory but alertness about weapon of mass destruction.
