ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI MINAT NASABAH MEMILIH TABUNGAN ARAFAH (Studi Kasus Pada Bank Muamalat Kantor Cabang Yogyakarta)
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the interest of customers in choosing Arafah Saving. The object of this research is Bank Muamalat Branch Yogyakarta. In this study the number of savers in the type of Non-Transactional Savings is 8.62% and the number of savers in Arafah Saving is 8.06%. The samples are 50 people taken by using Quota Sample method. The method of data analysis used is statistical descriptive analysis, classic assumptions analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.
Based on the analysis that has been done, it is obtained the results that the quality of the product have a significant and positive effect on the interest of customers in choosing Arafah Saving, service quality have a significant and positive effect on the interest of customers in choosing Arafah Saving, while the promotion has a significant and negative effect on the interest of customers in choosing Arafah Saving, and the location has a significant and positive effect on the interests of customers in choosing Arafah Saving.
