PERKEMBANGAN SISTEM OPERASIONAL BMT BINA UMAT SEJAHTERA LASEM DI REMBANG PASCA ADANYA GERAKAN NASIONAL NON TUNAI (STUDI KASUS BMT BUS LASEM REMBANG)
Abstract
The research aimed at finding out the development of the operational system after the government issued the policy on Gerakan Nasional Non Tunai (GNTT) in BMT Bina Umat Sejahtera in Lasem Rembang. The research used descriptive qualitative method. The approach was directly and fundamentally relied on the face to face or direct observation of an individual related to both the area and the terminology.The technique of the data collection used observation to the place and conducted interview directly, in which it would look for the operational system in BMT Bina Umat Sejahtera in Lasem Rembang after GNTT. The data used in the research were Triangulation data. The primary and secondary data that would be from direct interview were with the source that became the research object with questions that would be studied and also taken from the books in the library, and the documents that the researcher got from BMT BUS Lasem office. Based on the observation and also the interview conducted directly towards BMT Bina Umat Sejahtera in the analysis, the researcher proved that the development of operational system in BMT Bina Umat Sejahtera was very modern and digitalized. It was seen after the ATM and EDC cards were launched. BMT Bina Umat Sejahtera did this breakthrough to respond Gerakan Nasional Non Tunai and also to enable the employee performance. With the innovation that has been developed, it was appreciated by Bappenas with national class award in category of cooperative with professional and innovative management.
