This study aims to investigate the influence of Third Party Fund (DPK) and Non Performing Financing (NPF) toward financing of musyarakah. The monthly financial reports of BMT Arafah Cabang Lendah Kulon Progo period 2012 to 2016 are used as the data and the amount of data is 60. The method of the study is quantitative by using multiple linear regression test and EVIEWS 9 program as the technique. Classic assumption test which consists of normality, multicollinearity, autocorrelation, and heteroscedasticity test is used in this study. Tests of model determination that is used are F test, T test, and R² test.Based on the result of regression model, it could be concluded that the variable of Third Party Fund (DPK) and Non Performing Financing (NPF) have the positive and significant impact toward financing of musyarakah.
