This research aims to determine the influence of sunset policy, tax amnesty, taxpayers awareness and knowledge and understanding to compliance level of individual taxpayers who are registered in KPP Pratama Surakarta. The involved of this research 100 respondents who were selected using with non probability sampling. Based on the research performed, it is determind that tax amnesty, taxpayers awareness and knowledge and understanding positive effect and significant on individual taxpayers compliance level, while sunset policy is not significant to individual taxpayers compliance level.
