      Abstract
      More than 1,400 civilians were killed by the chemical weapons attack in Syria, which happened during the conflict in 2011-2013- The use of chemical weapons in armed conflicts or in anything situation is a violation. War or armed conflict is an act of force to defeat an opponent with forcibly imposed requirements.
