This research discusses the condition of information technology at KOMINFO (DEPKOMINFO) Bantul governance. The purpose of this study is to find out where already DEPKOMINFO apply information technology governance well. This research is only on the IT process only The IT AI3 process that discusses how to generate and maintain the IT infrastructure, then IT AI4 Process that discusses how to enable and use the IT infrastructure, and the last is the IT DS4 Process that discusses how to ensure sustainable services. In collecting data the way used is to spread the questionnaire, then conduct interviews with employees DEPKOMINFO Bantul and learn the documentation. Results of data processing used to determine the level of maturity of information technology governance at DEPKOMINFO Bantul. After knowing the maturity level of the IT process then conducted an analysis to measure the alignment between the current condition of TKTI with TKTI condition that is equipped by COBIT Framework.
