      Abstract
      Kepuasan kerja perawat dapat mendorong produktivitas dan kinerja perawat. Kepuasan kerja dapat mempengaruhi kinerja dan meningkatkan motivasi kerja. Kepuasan kerja tersebut diantaranya dapat dicapai melalui keadilan kompensasi. Ketidakpuasan terhadap kompensasi akan berdampak pada prestasi kerja yang menurun.
