ANALISIS PENGARUH TINGKAT LITERASI KEUANGAN TERHADAP PERENCANAAN KEUANGAN PEGAWAI TENAGA KEPENDIDKAN DI UNIVERSITAS MUHAMMADIYAH YOGYAKARTA
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of financial literacy level on educational staff financial planning in Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta; the research variables are financial literacy and financial planning. The type of this study was qualitative descriptive with primary data method. 92 respondents were selected as sample through random sampling method. The analysis tool to calculate the data was using simple regression statistical technique. Result shows that financial literacy, as the independent variable, has significant correlation with the staff financial planning in Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta.
