      Abstract
      Islamic values are the principle of human’s life, these values are the footing for every moslem in viewing the after-life, death after life and as guidance on each element of their life. Family is main factor to implement Islamic values. Teenage is a transition time from childhood to adulthood, in this period of time every teenager must prepare themselves to face various life problems they will encounter in the future. However, parents are indeed could not fully assist their children during this phase where actually their role to implement Islamic values to children is highly needed. This absence surely lead to imbalance parenting. The aims of this research are first, to explain the juvenile delinquency among the family of Indonesian workers abroad (TKI) and to elaborate the caregiver’s role in implementing Islamic values on the family of TKI. The research used Qualitative method, using two relevant theories on values implementation, juvenile delinquency, family and the teenagers themselves. The research resulted in the conclusion stating that delinquency happened in several places are mostly done by teenagers coming from TKI family. Another finding stated that caregiver barely performed any role in implementing Islamic values toward teenagers from TKI family since the implementation of Islamic values was mostly done at school by teacher in a very limited time allocation. Thus, the implementation of Islamic values could not be achieved maximally in TKI family. Many parents forget the fact that their children, especially teenagers, do not only need material things in their life.
