This study aims to determine the effect of murabahah financing in BMT BIF Bugisan performed by sellers in Pasar Legi and Pasar Ngasem to sellers’ income. This study used three variables such as financing capital, location and type of product sold. Data collection was done in the market by using questionnaires filled by market sellers. The data analysis used multiple linear regression that aims to determine the influence of whether or not financing capital, location and type of product to income. Besides, this research also determine which variable is most influential to income by looking at the value in coefficient of standardized coefficients beta. The result of this study is financing capital, location and type of product have a positive influence while the most influential variable on income is product type variable.
