      Abstract
      A research to study aims to determine whether the addition of solid waste tofu can replace rice bran as a nutrient in the cultivation of white oyster mushrooms. Knowing the right combination between the addition of tofu and bran pulp to get the optimal white oyster mushroom yield. The research was conducted at Rumah Kebun Jamur UD . Kemitraan Sejahtera Jl Magelang KM.10 Beran lor, Tridadi, Sleman, Yogyakartal. The study was conducted from April 2016 to July 2016. This research was conducted using Completely Randomized Design (RAL) with single factor. The treatment given is B1 = Bekatul 25%, B2 = The tofu knows 5% + Bekatul 20%, B3 = The tofu knows 10% + Bekatul 15%, B4 = The tofu knows 15% + Bekatul 10%, B5 = The tofu knows 20% + 5% Bekatul, B6 = Tofu knows 25% The results showed that the addition of tofu dregs can replace rice bran on sawdust media on the growth and yield of white oyster mushroom. The right combination is the 15% loam tofu mixture plus 10% bran,
