The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that affect the absorption of labor in vehicle repair companies in East Lampung regency. the data used are primary data. Number of sample taken was 78 companies by using multiple linear regression analysis. the factors analyzed are wages, production and capital. The result of analysis based on the calculation of SPSS Version 16 shows that the variable of capital (X1), production result (X2), and wage (X3) used is good, shown by value R2 equal to 63,6% and significant level less than 1%. Partial significant level of each factor that is capital, wage and production value significantly influence in the absorption of workers at vehicle repair company in East Lampung Regency positively. wage increases can increase the employment of vehicle repair companies in East Lampung regency.
