This study aims to find the factors that causing madrasah teachers of SDIT Anak Sholeh Sedayu not willing to save in syariah bank as well as to analyze those factors. This study was qualitative with purposive sampling as sampling method. The data gathering technique was conducted by interviewing 11 madrasah teachers and 1 staff of SDIT Anak Sholeh Sedayu. Result show that sub-culture, psychology (knowledge), personal (occupation), psychology (motivation), and social (family) have been the factors causing the teachers’unwillingness in using syariah bank . Analysis result reveals that 8 of 11 interviewed teachers state about their unwillingness in using syariah bank regarding sub-culture factor, 7 out of 11 state their unwillingness regarding psychological (knowledge) factor, 3 out of 11 state their unwillingness regarding personal (occupation) factor, 6 out of 11 state their unwillingness regarding psychological (motivation) factor, and 4 out of 11 state their unwillingness regarding social (family) factor. The dominant factors causing the unwillingness of madrasah teachers to save in syariah bank are sub-culture and psychological factors.
