PROGRAM PELATIHAN INTERNET MARKETING BERBASIS SEDEKAH GUNA MENINGKATKAN KUALITAS PEMASARAN UMKM DI YOGYAKARTA
Abstract
This study aims to find out how the mechanism and internet marketing training based on alms through internet marketing class program implemented by the Yayasan Sedekah Ilmu, how the influence of internet marketing class program to the participants, especially the business people of UMKM (micro, small and medium enterprises) and to know what are the supporting and inhibiting factors in organizing this program. This research is a type of field research using qualitative approach and using descriptive analysis writing method. Observations, interviews and documentation studies are the techniques used by researchers to collect data which then interpreted in accordance with the phenomenon and problems found in the field during conducting research. The subjects from this study are the Yayasan Sedekah Ilmu and the participants of internet marketing classes especially the business people of UMKM. The results of this study are: First, the process of training and mentoring of internet marketing plays an important role in developing UMKM business. Second, the influence of internet marketing class program to UMKM include: Expanding business network, improving income and improving knowledge. Third, the large number of enthusiasm from the surrounding community becomes the supporting factor Yayasan Sedekah Ilmu while the inhibiting factor is the limitation of the building and facilities owned by Yayasan Sedekah Ilmu.
