This study aims at finding out or studiying towards the practice of debts provided by the Republic of China for Indonesia. The data was collected trought library research and the literatures were derived from books, encyclopedia, journals, magazines, newspapers, etc. The method us in this study is qualitative was analitycal descriptive according to the existing problem. Secondary data was used in the study. Result shows that due to the capitalist system applied in the Republic of China, where the debtors are still incriminated, it can be concluded that Indonesian foreign debt system is still not implementing Islamic Economy. Islamic economy is expected to be implemented for the sake of welfare for both parties
