PENGARUH KONFLIK PERAN TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI BNI SYARIAH CABANG YOGYAKARTA
Abstract
Role conflict is a conflict when someone has jobs to do happening at the same time in the office and in the family. The formulation of the research is to find out whether role conflict has positive and significant effect on the employee performance in BNI Syariah Branch Yogyakarta. This research then aims to find out and analyze the role conflict on the employee performance in BNI Syariah Branch Yogyakarta. This research is a field research using quantitative descriptive with simple regression analysis. The data were collected from questionnaires, observation, documentation, and literature review. The sample of the research was 38 respondents selected through random sampling method. The finding of the research indicates that based on the regression test, role conflict role significantly and positively affected the employee performance in BNI Syariah Branch Yogyakarta
