      Abstract
Reliability network distribution is an important factor in continuity of service and distribution of electricity. There are parameters used to understand the quality of electricity distribution in which distributed by network distribution, the parameters are SAIFI (System Average Interuption Frequency Index), and SAIDI (System Average Interuption Duration Index). Afterward, there are standards that used to become comparasion parameter, the standards are SPLN 68-2 1986, IEEE std 1366-2003, dan WCC (World Class Company) & WCS (World Class Service). Distributed generation is a generator implied that integrated to load area, distributed generation that will be integrated is wind turbine in which it will be installed on express 3 feeder, Electrical Transient Analyzer Program (ETAP) used to help on the process of analysis and also calculation. Based on calculation and analysis on reliability of Kota Palu district that has been obtained, the reliability relatively unreliable, because of the majority feeders’ index reliability incompatible with the standard, and the effective velocity of wind used to generate power in distributed generation is 9,24 m/s.
