      Abstract
      EFI (Electronic Fuel Injection) Technology is used widely for this vehicle. The fuel system in this technology is run electronically by ECM (Electronic Control Module). With the advancement of EFI technology in the automotive industry, the education field is demanded to provide information on EFI technology especially in automotive. This research aimed at learning the working method and being able to do the troubleshooting on the censor and actuator on Toyota Great Corolla Engine Management System Simulator. The process of censor and actuator analysis includes the measurement of resistance, voltage, and injection to each censor and actuator. The next step is repair or replacement. The reparation and replacement are conducted according to the result of the examination and measurement on the censor and actuator components. The result of the examination of each censor and actuator included the examination of resistance and voltage of IATS, WTS, TPS, MAP Censor, the examination of the gap and the resistance of NE and IG signal on the distributor, the examination of volume injection and the resistance of the injector, the examination of ISC resistance and function and the examination of spark plugs. The result of censor examination concluded that the censor and actuator was in a good condition. The reparation and replacement conducted on the censor was the reparation on censor IAT since there was damage on the resistance and the replacement of MAP Censor.
