Abstract
Self-Compacting Concrete (SCC) is a development of concrete technology in the construction world. This concrete can flow and solidify by itself without the compaction process by vibration method or other method so that it can be fulfilled parts that are difficult to reach at the time of casting. Concrete SCC is expected to be a solution of the problems that often occur in the process of casting reinforced concrete. Concrete SCC has the same content as conventional concrete, it's just given a chemical admixture of viscocrete and pozolan.
This study aims to analyze the compressive strength of concrete SCC and flowability with 0.5% wire variation; 1%; and 1.5% and 1% superplasticizer added materials, 10% rice husk ash (ASP) on cement and an analysis of the effect of 7, 14 and 28 day concrete immersion age on SCC properties. EFNARC, (2002) is used as the design of this concrete mixture and the specimen is made on a cylinder with a diameter of 15 cm and a height of 30 cm and a total of 27 test pieces.
In fresh SCC concrete testing with variations of wire bendrat have been in accordance with standards established by EFNARC except on J-Ring testing. The results of this study note that the average compressive strength value of concrete at 7 days, 14 days, and 28 consecutive days for 0.5 ml wire variation content is 45.01 MPa; 42.18 MPa; 67,70 MPa and for the content of 1% wire variation is 37,94 MPa; 42.56 MPa; and 42,24 MPa and for the content of 1.5% wire variation is 47,002 MPa; 40.63 MPa; and 55.89 MPa. The result of the research was obtained the addition of the most optimum 0.5% wire blight content variation with the compressive strength value of 67.70 MPa at 28 days.
