      Abstract
In the development of economic business in Indonesia, the contribution of the industrial sector since 2000 to date is ranked first in the formation of Gross Domestic Product (GDP). Especially the food and beverage industry, which is based on data each year is one of the industries that contribute high in the formation of GDP. Malioboro Street is the heart of Yogyakarta city which is never empty of visitors who also become the center of city and government. At this time the economic activity in Malioboro almost never stops all day long. Not surprisingly, the turnover of people's economic activities in Malioboro, estimated at more than 50 billion per day. With the intensity of the business actors on the road malioboro certainly has a great contribution. their perception of banking especially sharia bank is one of the way in pushing the progress of syariah bank and also as consideration to develop syariah banking in the future. The type of research used is field research, which is research by collecting data directly in field activities. This research method is descriptive qualitative. Data collection methods used are interviews, questionnaire questionnaires, and document documentation related to research. The perception of food and beverage business in malioboro street about sharia banking product still tend to be less good due to some negative factors that influence such as the lack of socialization from related parties especially sharia banking, at least among those who use syariah bank, the lack of interest in sharia banking and others.
