Nurse caller tool is used as a special communication tool between the patient and the nurse within the hospital area as a means of increasing the speed of the nurse's time response in providing immediate care to the patient. The wireless-based nurse caller tool makes installation easier, so the installation will look neat. The caller media is uses the remote, built from the bluetooh module MH-10 that is connected to the ATMega8 microcontroller as the sender and receiver. The results of the microcontroller ATMega8 data process will send the character on the LCD, turn on the LED and activate the buzzer as a marker of a call from the patient to the nurse. Based on the testing tool, the farthest distance that can be taken by the HM-10 bluetooth module in the open area (outdoor) is about 45 meters and the furthest distance in the closed area (indoor) is about 20 meters.
