      Abstract
Factors that affect the success of a project are time and cost. The benchmark of project success is usually seen from a short turnaround time with minimal cost without leaving the quality of the work. Project management is systematically required to ensure project execution time in accordance with the contract or even faster so that the costs incurred can provide benefits. And also avoid the fines due to delays in project completion. This study discusses the acceleration analysis of time and cost of the project on the Implementation of New Bridge Construction of Boncong Tuban, East Java method used the addition of hours of work (overtime) tools and mathematical addition of equipment using Microsoft Project 2010 program, and not leave the element of additional hours labor (overtime) labor and additional labor, and compares the results between the cost of the fine and the change in costs after the addition of hours of work (overtime) equipment and the addition of heavy equipment. The results of this study indicate that (1) time and total cost of the project under normal conditions of 210 days at a cost of Rp 15,528,637,619.32 (2) The time and total cost of the project in the addition of 1 hour of overtime work obtained 185 days crashing duration at a cost of Rp 15,357,081,197 for the addition of 2 168 days overtime at a cost of Rp 15,194,770,257, and for additional 3 hours of overtime work of 155 days at a cost of Rp 15,092,857,941. (3) Time and total cost of the project on the addition of equipment due to the duration of overtime 1 hour obtained crashing duration of 182 days and at a cost of Rp15.327.120.302, for the addition of equipment due to the duration of overtime 2 hours of 162 days at a cost of Rp15 .141.769.259 and the addition of tools due to the duration of overtime 3 hours of 147 days at a cost of Rp15.023.737.631. (4) Based on the addition of overtime hours with the most effective addition of tools is the addition of equipment due to the duration of overtime over 3 hours, because it produces the cheapest cost of Rp15.023.737.631 with a duration of 147 days. (5) The cost of accelerating the project duration on the addition of overtime hours or the addition of heavy equipment is cheaper than the costs incurred if the project is delayed and imposed a fine.
