In the middle 2016 Turkey recover diplomatic ties with Israel. This sudden decision make the international community stunned. The author believes this is an intresting issue to be studied. The aim of this papper is to describe why Turkey recover diplomatic ties with Israel. This study uses qualitative analysis, wich the author tried to describe and explain the reason for the recovering of diplomatic ties Turkey with Israel. The data that author use comes from books, journals, documents, reports, and materials from internet. This study show that there is the rational choice in this decision. Thus, through this paper can be seen the reason for the recovering of diplomatic ties Turkey with Israel is because of the rational choice.
