      Abstract
      Baby incubator is a medical equipment used to take care of premature babies in order that the temperature is under control. The principle of baby incubator is that it controls and stabilizes the temperature as well as the moisture so that it meets the basic requirements of a premature baby condition. This study aims to create an automatic moisture system using the dry and wet air opening plate. The manufacture of this model was using the digital system with window comparator as the controller and ICL7107 as the analog data to digital data calculation, supported by seven segment interface. There were three measurements included in this model, room temperature, skin temperature and moisture. The working principle of the moisture control was that it controlled the amount of water concentration within the air by using the 808H5V5 as the moisture censor, with the limit of 50% - 60% RH. After manufacturing the model, it is found that the result of the average moisture is 73,416% RH, while the average of the regular measurement tool is 72,86% RH, so there is 0,55% RH difference. The advantage of this moisture system is that there is automatic motor motion that maintains the moisture at the condition of 50% - 60% RH.
