      Abstract
      This research objective is to describe the comparison of implementation of war on drugs that have been implemented by Indonesia’s and Philippines’s President. Therefore, The purpose of this research is to analyze the policy that Joko Widodo and Rodrigo Duterte made in order to eradicate the number of drugs in each own country. In addition, this research objective is also to explain how the policy affects the drugs dealer and International community. The number of drugs user in both countries has reached millions, therefore this research also aims to analyze how the implementation effect to the number of drugs in both country. The research will be used discourse analysis method and political comparison method. In addition, it also use Whole-of-Government approach, Zero Tolerance approach, and Power approach in order to understand and analyze the approach of both of the President use on war-on-drugs policy. The finding on this research is both of the policy successes to counter the drugs problem. It also succeses to reduce the number of crime in the country. However, in the end, the risk that need to be taken on the implementation of the policy is also hight. The amount of money and the number of death that occure is become a hight price to paid.
