Violence against children is very widespread in many countries, especially Indonesia. UNICEF as part of the UN specializes in dealing with child issues in cooperation with Rifka Annisa (NGO domestic Indonesia) in handling violence against children. This journal will discuss the cooperation undertaken by UNICEF and Rifka Annisa using the concept of Non-Government Organization and the concept of Global Governance. The use of these concepts which I use to see the process of cooperation between domestic NGOs and the International Governmental Organization.
