Salon SN is one of beauty salon that offers treatment for both men and women. Manual data collection for both data services and products causing employees to have difficulty in serving customers who will make payment transactions. Salon does not have a product purchase report, product sales report, and service sales report. The purpose of this research is to assist Salon SN in developing desktopbased administration information system that can assist in management of salon’s administration data to be more organized. In addition, the application can create purchase and sale reports. The research was conducted using SDLC methodology with waterfall model. The application is created using C # programming language and SQL Server Management Studio database. Based on the Functional Testing results on application development, it is concluded that the application helps Salon SN in data management and report making and fulfill the purpose of application developing.
