EFEK HEPATOPROTEKTIF MIMOSA PUDICA TERHADAP SERUM ALKALINE PHOSPHATASE (ALP) PADA TIKUS (RATTUS NORVEGICUS)
Abstract
This research used experimental research that had purposed to prove the hepatoprotective
effect of Mimosa pudica from ALP level. Subject research were Wistar male rats, 2 month age,
weight were 180 – 250 gr. Subject were divided into 2 group, each group included 5 rats. The
first group as control group were given food and drink during 10 days and then at 11nd day
induced by CCl4 with toxic doses 1 cc/kg BW. The second group as experiment group were given
food, drink, and boiled of Mimosa pudica with 1,890 gr/kg BM doses during 10 days. At 11nd
day iduced by CCl4. ALP level were measured in twice, before and after the research. ALP level
were exanimate by use monoreagent IFCC. The result of this research showed that the mean
of ALP level in control group pre-test was 69,37 μ/l and post-test was 117,89 μ/l (p < 0,05).
Whereas, the mean of ALP level in experiment group pre-test was 71,13 μ/l and post-test was
72,38 μ/l (p < 0,05). The result from t-test showed that the changed ALP level in control group
was significant. It proved that Mimosa pudica boiled decrease ALP level.
