PENGARUH KUALITAS LAYANAN, FASILITAS DAN TARIF TERHADAP KEPUASAN WAJIB PAJAK KENDARAAN BERMOTOR
Abstract
This Research aims to analyze the Influence of Service Quality, Facilities and Tariffs on Satisfaction of Motor Vehicle Taxpayer in Samsat Klaten. The subject in this research is Motor Vehicle Taxpayer registered in the office of Samsat Klaten. The sample used in this study amounted to 100 respondents by using sampling technique, convenience sampling. Analyzer used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis by using SPSS 16.0.
Based on the analysis that has been done in this research, a researcher found that the service quality and tarrifs doesn’t affect the satisfaction of motor vehicle taxpayer, while the facilities has a positive effect on the satisfaction of motor vehicle taxpayer.
