      Abstract
In the research that has been done, pyrolysis process using pyrolizer type fixed bed with heater source of electricity (heater). For raw materials used are shells of palm and plastic LDPE (Low Density Polyethylene). The results of pyrolysis are tested in dynotes and road tests to determine the performance of gasoline engines subject to the value of torque, power, and fuel consumption using mixed fuel of pertalite and pyrolysis oils from a mixture of LDPE and Low Density Polyethylene shells with a percentage of 0% vol., 5% vol., 10% vol., 20% vol., 30% vol. Test results of the most optimal torque engine on the variation of 80% of the fuel and pyrolytic oil 20% vol.menghasilkan torque of 26.00 Nm, at 2000 rpm, and the results of the most optimal power test is found in three variations of fuel that is variation of fuel pertalite 100% of 7.9 Hp at 4000 rpm, 90% of petroleum pertalite and 10% pyrolytic oil at 7.9 Hp at 4750 rpm, and on 80% of petroleum fuel and 20% pyrolytic oil at 7.9 Hp at 4500 rpm, and from yield testing of the lowest fuel consumption is obtained on 70% petroleum fuel variation and 30% vol% pyrolytic oil. which produces fuel consumption of 33.33 km / l.
