Essence Lubricating oil is a liquid fluid consisting of two compositions of the forming materials of base oil and additive which serves to reduce friction between two surfaces of interconnecting machine components, preventing wear and tear so that machine life is longer. Oil consists of several types of minerals, semi synthetic and full synthetic. Mineral oil is visually more viscous and its ability to coat the engine components is thick but can not msuk in a gap that is too narrow so it is not suitable for new output engine manufacturers. While the full synthetic oil visually leih dilute will coat the components in a thin but can lubricate up to the narrow gap of the engine components so that it is suitable for new output engine manufacturer. This research uses Fastron Techno oil, Castrol Magnatec oil, Repsol Elite oil, and Yamalube Sport oil. The viscosity test was performed on room temperature variation, 30 ℃, 40 ℃, 50 ℃, and 60 ℃. On viscosity testing using NDJ 8S viscometer tool. Then for testing the thermal conductivity is done on 5 variations of voltage and current flowing into the heater. The tool used for thermal conductivity testing is the Thermal Conductivity of Liquid and Gass Units. At torque and power boiler is done at Mototech while fuel consumption is done at Sultan Agung Bantul Stadium with route along + 4 km with speed + 40 km / h, using Pertalite fuel. From the test results obtained the fastest viscosity of Fastron Techno oil and fastest thermal conductivity of Fastron Techno oil. Highest maximum power is obtained Fastron Techno oil with a large 8.6 HP on torque of 9.71 Nm with 1 liter fuel consumption as far as 61.05 km and the lowest power is obtained Yamalube Sport oil with a large 8.2 HP on torque of 9.11 Nm with fuel consumption of 1 liter as far as 58.94 km. It can be concluded from the data obtained that Fastron Techno, Castrol Magnatec oil, Repsol Elite, and Yamalube Sport oil have various characteristics.
